Stranger Safari
For me, people are by far the most interesting subjects for photography. There's this kind of ridiculousness that happens when you freeze people in a photograph.
I came up with the Stranger Safari project last summer, thinking that I'd do some kind of daily stranger photoblog where I'd post a random stranger to livejournal or some place, promote it, try to get some ink. But in the end, I kind of lost my nerve. I don't think I really have a voyeur's shamelessness.
Nevertheless, here's some Stranger Safari shots. I'm proud of a few of them.
